Ontario Camp Fees

It is our intention to provide a music camp experience for the whole family.

  • Adults and youth age 16 and above register as adult students and participate in the adult class schedule.
  • Children who have completed Grades 1-9 may participate in Children’s Camp.
  • Children who have not been to Grade 1 may participate in an Early Childhood Music class.
  • Childcare will be provided for children under Children’s Camp age whose parents are enrolled as full-time students.

All Ontario Camp prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Applicants from the U.S. can pay the USD equivalent of Canadian prices when completing the Ontario Camp application.

APPLICATION FEE

Application Fees are nonrefundable, and applications will be processed only after the application fee has been received. You can register multiple applicants from the same household within the same application registration.

Full-time applicants: Applications including a full-time adult student pay one application fee for all adults and children registered under that application registration.

  • Early Application — $75
  • After May 1 — $100
  • After June 1 — $125

Children’s Music Day-Camp: Households participating only in the Children’s Music Day-Camp will pay one registration fee of $20.

Part-Time Students: $20 application fee.

TUITION

Due upon arrival.

Full-time Adult Program (includes 2 classes, Mixed Choir, Mass Choir and meals)

One adult student: $425

Second adult student from the same household: $365

Any Additional Adult applications from the same household:  $295

Students may take a third class for an additional fee of $95.

 

Children’s Camp (includes music class, choir, activities and lunch): $95 per child

Early Childhood Music (classes only)

Infant, Toddler and Preschool sections: $45 per child

Kindergarten section: $65 per child

Kindergarten afternoon extension: $30 per child (restrictions apply as noted on the Early Childhood Education page)

 

LODGING

Due upon arrival.

1st Adult $130

Couple Rate: $175

Children: $35 each (for lodging, adult children lodging with their parents are considered to be children for payment purposes.)

SCMC of Ontario will forward the funds to lodging hosts on behalf of our students.

MATERIALS

Due upon arrival.

Textbooks and materials are available for purchase or rental. Some classes require textbooks. The cost of these textbooks can range from $20-125. All choir fees include the cost of music.

Adult Fees

Application Fee: $20

Individual Class: $95

Mixed Choir: $145

Mass Choir: $75

Women’s Choir: $50

All choirs include all music and weekend suppers

Meal Fees

Weekday Lunch Voucher: $50 (valid for lunches Monday to Friday)

Weekday Supper Voucher: $60 (valid for lunches Monday to Friday)

Sunday Lunch: $12 (must be booked no later than Wednesday of the camp week)

Refund policy:

Application Fees are nonrefundable. Tuition, Lodging, and Book Fees are refundable (minus 10% transaction fees) if we are notified 48+ hours before Music Camp begins. If we cannot accommodate you due to maximum enrollment, all fees will be refunded. If you choose to cancel, we will refund all fees except the Application Fee.
